Located at the heart of the mitten-state in East Lansing,
Michigan; Shoeshine Studio is a full-service, recording studio.
After a long standing musical dedication and a passion for recording
all varieties of music, I set out to create a sonically warm, rich
and inspiring recording studio in the heart of this Midwestern college
town.

Shoeshine Studio is capable of producing high quality
recordings at an affordable rate. The ability to faithfully capture
the soul and creativity of your music will be helped along with
a combination of quality audio gear and a relaxed and enjoyable
atmosphere that hopefully gets you feeling right at home and helps
the creative energy of the musicians involved.

I strive to maintain a diplomacy and open-minded outlook
that helps to keep the creative process moving forward. At the same
time, I also strive to provide the advantage that having another
set of ears to hear your music can bring to the table. As a long-time
musical enthusiast, I am quite familiar with and take inspiration
from a variety of musical styles and genres, be it modern, classic,
or traditional – and have played in a number of musical ensembles
over the year. This cumulative musical experience informs and inspires
my creative recording process every step of the way. |

presentation of a group sound or spend as much time as desired using
the studio as a creative tool to flesh out , explore and expand
upon your musical ideas and the “sonic canvas” that
is your music. |
